Can anyone suggest good hair styling products?

I have a grown out perm at the end of my hair, the rest of it is straight. I flat iron it to tame it. I tired a product that dried out my hair. Can anyone suggest a product that won't dry out my hair? I have one that won't, but I don't care for the way it smells. Thanks.Can anyone suggest good hair styling products?

Use a good leave-in conditioner before applying the styling product. That will keep your hair from drying out.
i dunno wut ya mean by product but the best conditioner that i have ever used is the herbal essences new things the twist....like french lavender twist and stuff like that... awesome!!
I like Sebastian's Potion #9. It coats the hair well and the heat from the hair dryer makes the coating shine and it seals the cuticle. Blowdrying straight with a nice flat paddle brush would most likely work and not dry out your hair. Just a suggestion, good luck!

Okay, So I am getting my hair cut of Friday. I know how I want it and stuff. My layers and side fringe are overgrown, so can't wear it down unless I wear a quiff/pouf. I HATE plaits. I cannot and will not wear them! I am going out today, and am at loss on how to do my hair. No pictures yet though. I need answers QUICK!Brown, shoulder length overgrown layered hair... styles?
mermaid waves/curls would look good on you if you have layerd hair. To get it: Once you get out of the shower, Towl dry your hair. Split hair into 4 sections and braid. Spray with hairspray and sleep in them. When you get up in the morning spray with more hair spray and use a hairdryer on 'hot' to make sure it's completely dry.

curl it? poof/quif? side ponytail?(up high) or (down low)? scrunch it? to scrunch it was your hair when its wet scrunch it spray hairspray on it and scrunch again then put gel on it and scruch again then tie it up but like scrunch it then put a hair tie around it so its not perfect the dry it with hair dryer(doesnt hav to be all dry) then just let it down :) hope that helps

What is A Cool Hair Style For Young Men?

Right now I have a Faux Hawk and I like it. But I feel like I want to try something different. I want like a little different variation of spiked up hair but not exactly like it, or even similar to a front spike. Is there anything similar to that? i think a cute hair style for guys is having it cut shorter all over then have the front spiked up. it looks super cute. i do it to my younger brother all the time. %26amp;%26amp; its so fast. just take gel and push up on the front of you hair. like where bangs would be if you had any. lol.
im a hair stylist, and personally you really wont have any problems with a short tapered hair cut. {its like feathering for dudes!]
