I got married a few months ago and wore my hair like Katy Perrys ';Wedding'; in the music video for ';Hot %26amp; Cold'; which is a down style.
Try doing really soft, loose curls. That's always gorgeous and very elegant. Pull a few strands back from the front and make sure you keep them loose. The whole idea is for the hair to look loose and flowing; not tight and restricted! A look like this is very pretty and doesn't look unnatural even if she usually wears her hair straight.

I would take inspiration from Evita Peron. She always had a very classy and sophisticated hairstyle in blonde as well. I think any mature woman could fall in love with it. And to make it more fresh and fun, decorate the hair with fresh flowers.

If your hair isn't naturally straight then maybe you could use mousse to scrunch your hair up so its curly at the back and then straighten your side fringe or fringe and if you don't have a fringe then just make a side parting and straighten the front of that.
A high ponytail, leaving some hair at the back and then scrunch that up with mousse looks pretty cool.

Seriously, hair that long is a bit excessive and other than a pony tail, there isn't much you can do. Unfortunately, long hair like that on a guy is reserved for bikers and older men trying to be rebellious.
A simple loose pony tail at the base of the neck is nice... make sure to brush your hair though.
Another option is pigtails.

I know some guys that do a braid down their back, not a girly kind but just one big one
other than that I'm not sure for how long it is

Seriously, hair that long is a bit excessive and other than a pony tail, there isn't much you can do. Unfortunately, long hair like that on a guy is reserved for bikers and older men trying to be rebellious.
A simple loose pony tail at the base of the neck is nice... make sure to brush your hair though.
Another option is pigtails.
Ponytail right at the back of your neck that's really loose
I know some guys that do a braid down their back, not a girly kind but just one big one
other than that I'm not sure for how long it is

I have very thick hair and its about an inch below my shoulders. If i dont straighten it, it becomes poofy and it doesnt look good. I was wondering if there was any other ways of wearing it that might look good with thick hair

I seriously don't think you should do anything TOO drastic, but here's what I recomend for you. Get angles starting a little below cheek bone. That's what I do and it is just SOO kute. It especially looks great parted to the side so that one side has all the angles. It's adorable, trust me. I also suggest you both get light blond highlights. ON you it lightens up your blond making you look prettier. For your friend the light against the dark is adorable, make em really chunky. I wish I could do that with my hair. And keep the side bangs at my school the are wicked popular.

Longer hair on us ';more mature'; ladies...is aging. Get a ';bob'; cut to around chin length..it will give the hair a thicker appearance and.... add some highlights for the illusion of thicker hair and dimension....and watch your calorie intake...being overweight is really unhealthy....you are more susceptible to diabetes, heart problems and certain cancers...you are still young, so take of yourself for God's sake!

hi as a salon owner and stylist, its great to hear from the mature women, and most of my clients are, however your weight does not come into the factor, a bob is always good but either an a line bob or a choppy one, but it should always be the style you choose and do not be bullied into a style that takes a lot of looking after, pity you could not send a head and shoulders pic as I would run it through my salons computer to see what suited you best, and forget the weight thing

Try a bob, just past your ears. Make sure you have some layers put in and have a good hairdresser do the job - it's all in the cut particularly if you have fine hair. Longer hair on us ';more mature'; ladies...is aging. Get a ';bob'; cut to around chin length..it will give the hair a thicker appearance and.... add some highlights for the illusion of thicker hair and dimension....and watch your calorie intake...being overweight is really unhealthy....you are more susceptible to diabetes, heart problems and certain cancers...you are still young, so take of yourself for God's sake!

hi as a salon owner and stylist, its great to hear from the mature women, and most of my clients are, however your weight does not come into the factor, a bob is always good but either an a line bob or a choppy one, but it should always be the style you choose and do not be bullied into a style that takes a lot of looking after, pity you could not send a head and shoulders pic as I would run it through my salons computer to see what suited you best, and forget the weight thing

How can you change a toddlers hair style on the sims 2?
i know that you have to be on an adult and click the mirror and there should be a tab saying change appearance... and then you pick the toddler that you want to change. But, i do not get the tab on the mirror that says that. How can I get Scene/Emo hair style without paying too much?
For starters, I am not trying to be emo or scene and I am not looking for your criticism. All I want is help on how to do so. I have VERY big curly frizzy hair, and i would like some suggestions on that. I wouldnt want the layers to make my hair bigger or ruine my hair in any way, and yes, I do straighten my hair. after you wash ur hair flip your hair over and blowdry it upside down, spray hairspray all over-top and bottom- flip ur hair over and there should be some body in it.
Next apply wax to your hair-mainly where the poof is, or wherever you want it- grab the teasing brush and start backcombing-brushing backwards- after you have got the look you want hairspray all over and add a bow or headband or go without!How can I get Scene/Emo hair style without paying too much?
Just grab a picture of the hairstyle you want and go to your local stylist and tell them to cut your hair like that
