your hair needs some sort of molding enhancer in order to stay in a position it doesn't naturally go. If you're unwilling to use gel, you can use hair pomade or a hair manipulator alone, or use a hair manipulator then blow dry, then hair spray for hold.
oh that's easy. well first of all, u need lots of hair, but, you will need lots of gel. And you can probably create your ';cloud strife'; hairdo. BUT!!! if you wanna do it the easy way, bring a picture of cloud to hairstylist and that person can do it for u.
