Thin hair styles ideas?

i have very thin hair tht is naturally a bit wavy, but an unruley wavy. i have an important event coming up and was wondering if anyone had any ideas for hairstlyes i could do. i don't want to cut my hair, just pin it back or curly it or something! this event is preety formal so i really want to look nice but my hair looks piecey with a lot of styles. any ideas would be greatly appreciated!Thin hair styles ideas?
