How do I get meg ryans Curly hair style?

I recently had seen a movie poster of The Women and Meg Ryan plays in it. I also noticed that her hair was gorgeous. I have naturally curly hair and I'm growing it out so it can be weighed down a bit, but doesn anyone know how I could style my hair that way?How do I get meg ryans Curly hair style?
There are some curl enhancer mousse foams or curl creams that you just scrunch into your hair and blowdry it out, still scrunching to get that style.

It works best if you already have a natural curl already in your hair. if not, try using a curling iorn first, then the curl mousse and blowdryer
