well, it depends on the length of your hair. i think the longer a girls hair is the more beautiful she looks. if its long like almost to the end of your shoulders or the middle of your back try cutting long layers in the back and short ones in the front around your face.What hair style is perfect for a 13 year old girl?
ok, get your hair layered, maybe get some chunky hi-lights. gell it to poke out everywere! thats what i have and i am around that age 2...but it depends if your style is scene or preppy....if preppy i have no clue...but thats what i recomend
