How do you find the perfect hair style/cut for you?

How can I find a good hairstyle for me? I always find a picture of how I want my hair to look before I go and get it cut. But when it鈥檚 all done, it doesn鈥檛 look good on me. Is there some website I can go to to take a quiz and find pictures of hair that would look good on me? How do I choose a cut off hand? i suggest you find a basic idea such as length and layers and not a complete cut that you want and find a hair stylist who has a really cool hair cut herself and that you completely and totally trust and let her work her magic. that's what i do and my hair comes out beautiful every time.
