What is a good hair style for someone who is slightly overweight, but has small shoulders?

My mom really needs a change. She is not too overweight (of course she thinks she is) She has small shoulders and a pretty small face, but needs a new haircut. it is about shoulder length right now and is black with a low tone of red. She is going to get it redone and colered. What is a good hairstlye that is stylish that she maybe could try.?What is a good hair style for someone who is slightly overweight, but has small shoulders?
If she has a small face don't cover it up. It's best to keep it away for the face. Don't grow her hair to long either. That wouldn't go nice with a plus size. if she is actully one... but um. she needs some bangs(ppl with bangs looks skinnier)and some layered hair,with layered hair she can straten it,curl it,it looks good both ways.She can also get some highlights!
She should definetly get layers. It will look nice with her small face. Good luck.
