Ummm the one that im saying is a little higher than shoulder length short in the back and longer in the front.A little bit higher than shoulder length in the front little longer than your ear height compared in the back i would give you a pic but don't have one.What is the best hair style that is to your shoulders?
get a funky emo bob....lots of bangs...but dont get spikes in the back....you can also add a couple of streaks of purple or hot pink if you have extremely dark or bleach blonde hair.
I would not do bangs because they can end up looking like kindergartnerr bangs you know the ones that go from one side to the other straight acrosss your forehead

I would do side bangs with layered hair. Like in the picture.
i would go with a side bang a couple of layers at the bottom of your hair it would look great will blonde hair x
